Our Alternative to Underpinning in Four Simple Steps

Our experts drill holes in through the foundations

Discreet 16mm holes are drilled and injection tubes inserted

We inject an expanding geopolymer resin

The material expands, compacting and reinforcing weak soil beneath the foundation

The material hardens like concrete

Within minutes the resin becomes rock solid, the equivalent to concrete underpinning

The property is raised and foundations stabilised

Your property is stable. In cases we can lift the foundation which closes cracks in walls
